Helping 35+ get in the best shape of their lives
I coach the three things that actually move the needle after 35: nutrition you can live with, strength training I write for you, and the mindset to keep going when life gets loud.
Three pillars. You work all three every week, and each one makes the other two work better.
ROI Eating
Treat calories like a budget. Spend them on the stuff you love (yes, the donut). Cut the stuff you won't miss. Nothing is off limits. It's either Worth It or Not Worth It.
Weekdays are usually fine. Weekends are where progress goes to die. So we plan Saturday before it happens.
I write it. You show up.
Strength training is how you change body composition: lose fat, keep and build muscle. The scale is one number. It's not the scoreboard.
I write your workouts and progress them as you get stronger. At home with a few dumbbells or at your gym. You don't need a gym membership. You need a system.
The part that makes it stick
You're not "trying to eat healthy." You're becoming the person who eats that way. That's identity work, and it's what survives a hell of a week at work.
When life gets messy (travel, kids, a bad week), we bend the plan. We don't scrap it and start over in January.
Here's the thing. None of these work alone.
Diet without training, and you lose muscle along with the fat. Training without nutrition, and you're working your ass off for nothing. Either one without the mindset piece lasts about 3 weeks.
Put all three together and it compounds. That's the return I care about.
This is ROI Eating, Built to Stick.
The other way in is one of my group challenges, a lower-commitment way to try the system with a crew doing it alongside you (I announce them on Instagram).
People with jobs, kids, and a history of starting over. Not athletes. Not influencers.
Leslie. Turned 50 in May. Tried everything.
Erin. Mom of 2 who nearly gave up.
Jenny. In their own words.
Bill. In their own words.
Mike. In their own words.
Gerry. In their own words.

I'd rather tell you now than waste your time.
It depends on the level of support you need, and I'll give you the real number on our call. No games.
But I'll be straight with you: this isn't a cheap program. You get weekly 1:1 time with someone who writes your training, looks at your food, and notices when things slip.
Most people come to me after the apps, the challenges, and the quick fixes. Those were cheap. They also didn't stick.
Here's what I've seen: the more you put into something, the more you show up for it.
So the better question is: what's it worth to stop starting over?
If you're ready to find out, book a call.
No. You don't need a gym membership. You need a system.
Some of my clients train at home with nothing but a pair of dumbbells. Others love their gym and go all in. I write your plan around what you actually have and what you'll actually do.
Good. You're in the right place. That's most people who come to me.
You've downloaded MyFitnessPal 3 times. That's not a willpower problem. You know what to do. What you didn't have was a system built for your life and someone paying attention.
Starting was never the hard part. The weekly call, a plan that bends instead of breaks, and a coach who notices when you drift: that's what makes this time different.
Our weekly call is 45 minutes. Beyond that, most clients spend about 2 to 3 hours a week on workouts, food, and short reflection exercises.
If a plan needs 2 hours of meal prep every Sunday, it's dead on arrival. Everything gets built around the schedule you actually have.
Nope. They call me the fit donut lover for a reason.
That's ROI Eating. Friday pizza? If it's Worth It, spend on it. Then cut the stuff you don't even taste, like the 300-calorie latte you drank in the car.
Some clients track calories and protein. Some use the slow-carb approach with a planned free day. Either way, the goal is a way of eating you can keep, not a perfect week.
Lots of my clients do. Coaching is remote, so it goes where you go.
Hotel gym, no gym, airport food, client dinners. We plan for the travel week instead of writing it off.
Most programs give you one pillar. An app for food. A class for workouts. Willpower for everything else.
I coach all three together, every week, with you. The goal isn't a number by a date. It's the best shape of your life, and staying there.
Tell me where you are. I'll reach out to set up a 30-minute call, and we'll see if working together makes sense.
